During his time at Chelsea, Hazard helped the club win two Europa League titles, two Premier League titles and a League Cup.
“I think it’s a goodbye but in football you never know,” Hazard told BT Sport. “We will decide in a few days – the only target in my mind was to win this final. Maybe now it is the time for a new challenge.
“My dream was to play in the Premier League and I have done that for one of the biggest clubs.”

Aubameyang’s future at Arsenal has come under scrutiny after his social media activity 

Meanwhile Arsenal themselves could be embroiled in a transfer tussle with Aubameyang this summer.
The striker ‘deleted’ the club from his Instagram profile, leaving plenty of fans worried about his future in north London.
